Increasing the Endurance

Endurance is very important to prevent health problems. To increase endurance, the key is to be balanced activity and rest, and eat a healthy balanced diet. Unfortunately, the habits of people who are eating junk food and rarely eat vegetables, make them easy to get sick because her immune system is not good. During you do the daily activity, you will be always faced to kind of firms or virus which is roamed in the free air. This can be not avoided, but you can keep and even increase your endurance system. There are some ways to increase your endurance, such as eating lots healthy foods, fruits and vegetables while also contain much vitamin, doing exercise, taking a rest by sleeping enough, and inhaling the air deeply everytime is also good for our body.
The first main steps you should get attention in enhancing the immune system is eating the foods contain protein and vitamin A, B2, B6, C, D, E and zinc which is researched and believed to enhance immune function. The foods such as bread, rice, egg and a variety of other foods contain carbohydrates that cannot be digested are able to reach the colon intact. And also eat lots of fruits and vegetables such as apples, banana, oranges, potatoes, long green beans, tomatoes and cabbages. So that we are not susceptible to diseases that can be done is an effort to improve your immune system.
Another important thing should you do is dong exercise because this step has many health benefits and also increase your immunity. Doing exercise at least walk on foot for thirty minutes everyday or at least three times a week. By doing exercise, blood circulation and metabolism in yourself increases so that the immune cells in your blood travel freely and work more efficiently.  
Besides, after doing exercise don’t forget drinking much water because your body needs it. Lack of drinking water make you feel very thirsty and it is a sign of dehydration. You should drink at least eight glasses a day, although some experts are now trying to correct it.
After doing many activities a day, of course your body needs to take a rest. You should sleep for seven till nine hours each day. Sleep beneficial for your immune system, so make sure you get healthier body. You will know how many times your body need taking a rest when you are getting up in the morning. Begin eating the fruits and vegetables,
The other ways to increase your immune system is always accustomed to inhale the breathe deeply regularly. This way can also help to keep your immune system. Use chest muscle and muscle between rib bones to produce the air as much as possible when throwing a breath. By throwing a breath, you will inhale more the air freely.
Condition of the immune system determines the quality of life. So that the immune system is fundamental to the health of their role, must be accompanied by a healthy diet that contains lots of protein, vitamins, and carbohydrates. Besides, you should do enough exercise, drink enough water, and sleep regularly. Your immune system needs a healthy, normal diet to work properly because if your body is not healthy, it will be easily attacked by diseases which are either from within or outside the body. So, to maintain and improve our immune system, you should be concerned about the steps as described above.  It can help you to increase your endurance.
